Why Write
I have been thinking more and more about the reason why I love to write, why I love to express myself in a form that is very time consuming both to me and to anyone who I give the chance to read said projec, and it boils down to the idea that I love to create new things and then get them down in a form that I can share them with other people.
I draw upon personal experience and of those around me and warp them intop this fine tapestry of a story. I am however lazya nd never finish these visions I have, the only work of writing I can truely say is done is my movie script and that was months ago that I finished that.
I have decided that for my next big project I am going to do Good-bye, Hello.
Good-bye, Hello is a weird little story about moving out of your comfort zone, in this case a small town into a new area. The main focus of the story is around Yuric ( based off of Eric) who is moving across the country with his girlfriend and leaving behind the peopel who have made him who he is since he was little.
I think I am goign to clock this one in at around sixty pages of text and then maybe move it into a graphic novel if I really like it and take it from there.
I have a list of projects that I need to hang on the wall and just start writing out things about them so that I can focus on one and then come back to the others without losing any of the ideas which I have for them.
I have a few stories whihc I don't feel I am ready to tackle, so I have them low on the list. I think Jonah and I are going to work on writing a script together, which might be good. It is kind of a horror script or a suspense, depends which way we swing it.
I have been doing well, I am still in love with Andi and I still spend to much time with movies,comics,tv and drinking coffee.
My Grandparents are leaving on Wensday for Florida, maybe I will actually get some writing done while they are gone..........doubtful.
