King Kong and the annoying kids

I went to see King Kong tonight with Andi, after putting it off for a few nights, because this was a movie I was really looking forward to, I mean who doesn't love a big monkey, dinosaurs, Jack Black and Colin Hanks all in one film?
My movie going experience was however ruined by some little probably 16 and 17 year olds who decided to talka nd laugh and text message during the whole film. Any dramatic pause that was taken was filled with their laughing and talking.
it got so bad that at about an hour in to the film I finally yelled shut up, and this worked for about ten minutes. I actually got to enjoy the dinosaur fight scene which I had wanted to see, but I fucking missed out on probably half the dialogue and the movie has been tainted for me by those fucking punks.
Video rental is way up this year and movie theaters are losing money...I wonder why?
Maybe if mommy and daddy raised their kids to actually shut the fuck up every once in awhile then things wouldn't be so bad. I am turned off to the idea of goign to the theater to see a movie again for a long time, and I fucking love going to movies as I always have felt movies where made to be viewed in a group and on a big screen.
I hate people, but I can stand them if we are all watching a movie and all into it and not worried about making our friend laugh and whats going on with our friends not there.

THis is the fourth movie in a month that has been this bad with people talking others being
Harry Potter, Walk The Line, and two others I don't recall at the moment,
