Comics rule

The current state of comics is one of major joy to me as companies try new things and leave behind ideas that have been beaten so far into the ground that the actually are dead, the new stuff is ground breaking again.
I just read Ultimates and Astonishing X-men and just was taken back by how vastly different they were and how much both books rocked.
It is a great tiem to be a comic reader.
I have tomorrow off and plan on doing the writer thing for a bit, wih me luck
